A member who wants their messages translated runs this command. From then on, each message they send also appears in that language. It's opt-in, per member and per server, so nobody is translated without asking.

Links, mentions and emoji come through untouched.
Talksy protects links, mentions and custom emoji before translating and puts them back exactly as they were. Messages that are only a link, a number or a mention are skipped, and a per-server glossary keeps game and brand names as written.
